94 Agency ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal information you give us through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you use a contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), the services you are interested in, and your message. We also record which page of the site the form was sent from and the date and time of your consent.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about your project. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
• To keep a record of our correspondence, and to give a quote or start a contract if you go ahead. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing and we do not sell them.

Who receives it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox at [email protected] through a form-delivery service (FormSubmit) and our email provider, who process the data on our behalf. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (provided by Google) also receives usage data from your visit. We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.

Analytics cookies

If you click Accept on our cookie banner we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed, the device and browser used, and your approximate location. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by our measurement ID, which last up to two years. Nothing from Google Analytics is loaded or set unless you accept. Our legal basis is your consent. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page, and choosing Reject removes the analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if they do not lead to work, and for as long as needed for contractual and accounting purposes if they do.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, and this will not affect anything we did before. Contact us at [email protected].
